Clinical Nutrition Research Fellowships

Our Genetic Nutrition Research &Training Program offers advanced specialty training in inherited metabolic disorders (IMDs) for dietitians and nutrition professionals with PhD, RDN/PhD, and MS, RDN degrees.

Continuing Education

We also offer online continuing education series for metabolic dietitians and healthcare professionals working in the field of inherited metabolic disorders.

A free-access platform for multi-disciplinary nutrition education, which includes Case Conferences, Journal Clubs, and Medical Commentaries offered 2 times a year. Registration is required.

Genetic Nutrition ECHO Traineeships are the newest component being offered by the electronic Genetic Nutrition Academy (eGNA). This case-based virtual traineeship launched in September 2020 to telementor genetic metabolic providers. Using an all-teach-all-learn collaborative approach, the traineeship strives to enhance medical education and care management and to deliver quality treatment to patients with genetic nutrition disorders by linking local providers with specialist care teams. Each cohort meets once a week for 90 minutes over12-weeks. The cost is free.
