Teresa Douglas has both a PhD and Master’s degree in Nutrition Health Science. She earned her doctoral degree at Emory University as part of Dr. Singh’s Metabolic Nutrition Program. In addition to her research, which focuses primarily on diet and biochemical markers in patients with PKU, she instructs the Nutrition and Chronic Disease course within Emory University’s undergraduate Human Health Program. She also has an interest in the relationship between nutrition and patient neurological outcomes.
